I have been a sales associate with Century 21 Lake Isabella Realty, Inc. since December 2005. My office is located in Mt. Mesa, but I live in Wofford Heights. I serve buyers and sellers on all side of the lake. You may visit the Century 21 Lake Isabella Realty, Inc. website by clicking here http://www.century21lakeisabella.com.
After weekending here for several years, I moved permanently to the Kern River Valley in 1981 and prefer the rural lifestyle. I have been "accused" of being too conscientious in one of my previous employments, but I believe that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right the first time if that is at all possible. In addition, the idea of hard selling and cold calling is foreign to my way of doing business. I will do my best to work with buyers and sellers and their agents to come up with an amicable sale. This may require compromises on all sides, but most good business transactions involve give and take to arrive at a reasonable solution. I am a Realtor®. I adhere to a specific set of ethical standards, which I take seriously. I believe an agent should be there for her client and have her client's best interests at heart, not letting a commission be the driving force.
As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I realize the importance of finding a home that suits the needs of all family members. Location is important as it pertains to school, work, hobbies, favorite activities, and medical needs. I can input various search parameters in the local MLS directory to find what you are looking for. I will be happy to search for a home, commercial business, or vacant land to meet your criteria. I can contact you at your convenience by phone, mail, fax, or email on a regular basis or as specific listings appear on the market, whichever you prefer. I don't believe in bombarding clients or taking up their time with useless information. Feel free to contact me to request information about specific types of properties that are available now and in the future.
If you own property in the Valley and would like information on what it is worth in the current market, I can provide comparables of active listings, as well as similar property that has sold within the past year. Then you can make an informed decision about whether to list your property now or later, and set a reasonable asking price in order to have the best chance of selling it. I'm sure there are agents who will tell you your home is worth more than it actually is in order to get your business. But when the listing sits on the market for many months and gets stale, how will that help you? I won't try to snow you -- the market is what it is, and lots of flowery language won't make it any different.
Please contact me if you are interested in buying or selling property.
